Integrative Coaching
People come to coaching for different reasons and Trias Coaching accepts you where you are. We recognize that the mind, emotions, physical body, environment, beliefs, relationships, spirit, and daily choices are interconnected parts of one lived experience.
Trias Coaching supports self-discovery, alignment, clarity, confidence, whole-person well-being, and intentional action through integrative coaching, education, workshops, and programs.
Coaching topics
Every coaching relationship is client-led. The topics explored depend on the client’s goals, experiences, values, readiness, and the patterns affecting daily life.
MEPS
MEPS brings the Mental, Emotional, Physical, and Spiritual dimensions of life into coaching reflection. It helps the coaching process consider the whole person rather than treating one concern in isolation.
Mental System
The Mental System explores how thought, belief, perception, focus, and self-image shape choices and intentional action.
Emotional System
The Emotional System explores how we notice, feel, and respond to emotions with greater compassion, steadiness, and self-awareness.
Physical System
The Physical System connects awareness with nourishment, movement, rest, environment, and grounded daily action.
Spiritual System
The Spiritual System explores meaning, intuition, faith, symbolism, integrity, and how inner growth becomes purposeful action.
MEPS
True transformation happens when all four systems are in harmony.
The ARCA Bridge
ARCA guides the coaching journey through Awareness, Reclamation, Coherence, and Aligned Action.
The framework provides meaningful structure without forcing growth into a rigid or strict process. A person may revisit any stage as new awareness, needs, and opportunities emerge.
Notice what is happening now—patterns, needs, values, strengths, and the systems shaping your experience.
Reconnect with choice, strengths, boundaries, knowledge, and the inner authority needed to move forward.
Bring insight, values, and the mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual dimensions into greater alignment.
Turn understanding into purposeful decisions, sustainable practices, and meaningful next steps.
